To remain at the forefront of the industry, we have adopted several stringent quality control procedures, which are as per the international quality standards. Regular inspections are conducted by our team of quality control inspectors, right from the raw material procurement stage (including HRC and CRC) to the packaging of finished products. The quality professionals check the quality of manufactured chains through instrument for testing minimum press-out force and Microhardness Tester. These professionals further analyze the strength of the chain based upon Fatigue performance chart, prepared by in-depth observation of the parameters of Fatigue limit, Elastic limit, Breaking load and Alternating load.
Progressive Infrastructure
Our company is backed by an ultra modern infrastructural unit along with experienced professionals. For the manufacturing of chain parts: seam oriented bushing (bushing adopted from positioning assembling can improve wear resistance of the chain), and high quality EDM is strictly used by our professionals. - Bright Annealing Furnace, Automatic vertical sniping of plate materials, high speed punching of plates, automatic punching of plates, rotary furnace (Used for pin heat treatment)
- Multi-purpose furnace (Multi-purpose furnace which adopts international advanced technology used for pin, roller & bush carbon-nitriding heat treatment)
- Shot peening (Chain parts are shot peened to set up residual stresses in the parts, combating fatigue and making the chain dynamically stronger)
- Chain running in machine (Roller chain are running after final assembly, the running in of chain increases its resistance to fatigue and prevents initial elongation of the chain)
- Pre-stressing chain operation (Pre-stressing operations firmly set the chain parts evenly distributing the working load. It accurately establishes chain length and prevents rapid elongation during the initial run in period).
